I have achieved a breakthrough on my rollers!
These are TacX Antares rollers I use:

After about one year of effort, I have broken through rolling 50 kilometres in one hour!
As recently as April, I didn’t think I would be able to do it this year.
Between my weight loss, my increased leg strength, and my determination, I did it!
Thank you Randonneurs of Ontario.
A major change in my physiology occurred as a result of the Pretty River 300K: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/393723
Thank you Doug Stoddard for inventing E-Load: www.eload.net!
Here is the small report:

Here is the graph:

There are two lines on the graph. Red is heart-rate, varying between 130 & 180+. Blue is speed in km/h, varying between 43 & 68 km/h.
I am participating in the Becel Ride for Heart on Sunday, June 5. I will be riding 75 kilometres along the Don Valley Parkway. With my new level of fitness, I should be able to complete the ride in under 2:30 (two hours, thirty minutes).
I would be very happy if you were to contribute any amount to my fundraising.

Thank you.
